Our beloved building has a rich history, beginning as Golden Rule Grocery and Market over a century ago, serving the Upper Fremont community since 1916. Through the decades, it has housed many thriving businesses and now stands as Golden Rule Collective – a welcoming space where independent beauty and wellness practitioners can flourish. Proudly women-owned, we share this space with Deity Skincare, a trusted skincare brand deeply rooted in the community for over 12 years.

Our Studios
Golden Rule Collective consists of 7 thoughtfully designed private salon studios for independent practitioners such as hairstylists, lash technicians, massage therapists, acupuncturists, or tattoo artists. Each studio is 86-113 SF with 10-14’ ceilings and can be customized based on your needs.
